Investigation

In this initial stage, Eneo Sigma investigates the customer's needs, problems and aspirations to define the potential solution space prior to convergence on the most suitable set of solutions. Existing point to point integration, business requirements for integration, solution options are investigate following the leading enterprise integration pattern.
DevelopmentSubsequently, Eneo Sigma refines the solution set to a single solution and realises the components required. Solution design, matching and configuration of existing connectors, development of additional connectors, integration flows and APIs are part of this stage.

Deployment
During deployment, the developed components are transitioned into an integrated, working system ready for use. This includes business change management, technical roll out and solution validation.

Once the working integration platform is delivered, Eneo Sigma helps customers to up-skill their teams, supports a steady-state system and offers optimisation services.
